Summer Sausage
The Moose Summer sausage is awesome! I added a little white pepper to heat it up a little, nice after taste. When you get sausage made you should be able to cut it with a sharp knife and see a nice flat clean surface with no stuff falling out; you should also be able to see small pieces of fat, not smeared fat. If it isn't like this, it's over cooked and ruined. Don't pay for poor quality sausage!
