WHO WE ARE

Established in 2012 with over 30 years experience in retail meat cutting.

I enjoy my trade and don't take short cuts when it comes to customer service and products.

I do just custom work out of my shop here on my acreage, no retail, although we are permitted by the provincial government, we only do Custom work; this includes all cuts and wraps, small and large livestock, no kill floor and a large hanging cooler for aging. We make all types of sausage also, doing curing and smoking of hams, bacons and turkeys etc. Brown paper wrapped and trimmed to your liking.
We cannot give out scraps although we do cut up all the bones from processing your beef and give them to you bagged and frozen. We are open Monday to Saturday give us a call and book in your animal!
